A concert of Byzantine hymns will be held at the Kalymnos Cultural Center “Ai Mousai” on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., under the auspices of the Holy Metropolis.
The Kalymnos chanters’ choir will perform hymns of the Great Lent, along with composed works, including the “Homeric Gospel of Easter” in heroic hexameter and the “Symbol of Faith.”
The concert is curated and conducted by Poseidon Zairis.
The event is part of the cultural activities of the historic cultural institution, which plays a significant role in the intellectual and artistic life of Kalymnos.
