After the prolonged heatwave, excessive water consumption was observed by both private individuals and businesses, leading the Municipal Authority to implement strict measures. Water scarcity has always been an issue on our island, but the climate crisis is intensifying the problem. Consumers have not adjusted their water usage to the new conditions, and the number of visitors has also increased.
