Kalymnos Port Authority Expands Digital Services with New e-DLA Online Applications
The Hellenic Coast Guard continues to modernize public services by expanding the capabilities of its e-DLA online platform, introducing new electronic applications that allow citizens and businesses to complete procedures remotely without visiting Port Authorities in person.
According to the Port Authority of Kalymnos, the platform now includes a new application titled “Assistant Boat Operator Activity”, added under the “Assistant Boat Operators” category, further expanding digital services for professionals involved in maritime and coastal activities.
In addition, a new information section entitled “Innovative Maritime Administrative Procedures (Θ.Μ.Α.)” has been added to the platform, providing users with updated information on matters handled by the Port Police authorities.
Through the e-DLA platform, applicants can submit requests and all required supporting documents electronically. Users receive automated notifications throughout every stage of the process, including updates on their application’s progress, requests for additional documentation, and any applicable fees. Once approved, the relevant certificates or permits are issued electronically with a secure digital signature.
The service is available at https://edla.hcg.gr, while application submission requires authentication using Taxisnet credentials. Detailed user instructions are available at https://edla.hcg.gr/help/.
Port Commander Commander (HCG) Stefanos D. Patouras has called on local media to help inform the public about the platform’s new digital services and the benefits they offer to citizens and maritime professionals.
