Pedestrianization Approved for “Rina” Area in Vathy for Summer 2025
Authorities have approved traffic regulations establishing the pedestrianization of the “Rina” area in Vathy, effective from July 15 to September 15, 2025, daily between 7:30 p.m. and midnight.
During these hours, vehicle access will be restricted, with the exception of local residents and employees, who will be issued special access permits. Store deliveries will be permitted only before the pedestrian-only hours begin.
The initiative aims to enhance quality of life and improve the visitor experience in this popular waterfront area during the busy summer season.
