- Sports ID Card + Athlete Health Card or Student Health Record
STUDENTS:
- ID or other document proving their age + Student Health Record
INDEPENDENT ADULT PARTICIPANTS:
- ID or other document proving their age
- Signed declaration stating:
“I have been examined by a doctor, I am in good health, and I participate at my own risk. The organizers bear no responsibility for any incident due to lack of medical examination.”
