The Music Odyssey ensemble performed two concerts in Kalymnos on 18 and 19 September 2026, as part of a cultural weekend organised by the Kantouni–Linaria Environmental and Cultural Association.
The ensemble, from the Department of Music Studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, presented “From the 1960s Music Clubs to Dionysis Savvopoulos” and “Rocking with Music Odyssey,” a journey through Greek and international rock.
In a statement issued on 23 September, the association thanked the Municipality of Kalymnos for including the concerts in its summer cultural programme and supporting the events. It also thanked ARGO, Norma’s Village, owned by Nomiki Chalkiti, Blue Star Ferries, Nikitas and Eleni Chalkitis, Marinos Restaurant, Il Posto and Vavlis.
Association president Eirini Govatsou also conveyed the board’s thanks to the media, the association’s members, and the residents and visitors who attended the concerts.
