Meeting of the Union of Regional Press Editors with the Ambassador of Poland
A delegation of Board members of the Union of Regional Press Editors (Greece) held a meeting with the Ambassador of Poland to Greece, Mr. Wojciech Ponikiewski.
The delegation included the President of the Union, Mr. Giorgos Koulouras, Board member Mr. Giorgos Nastoulis, and members Ms. Georgia Pandroula and Mr. Giorgos Stathis.
The meeting took place at the Embassy of Poland in Athens and focused on the prospects for cooperation and strengthened communication between journalists working in Greece’s regional media outlets and Polish journalists. The discussion also explored the possibility of joint initiatives between the Union of Regional Press Editors and the Embassy of Poland.
The Union considers communication and collaboration between journalists from the Greek regions and their counterparts in other European regions to be of great importance, as such initiatives promote the exchange of experience and best practices in regional journalism.
