The picturesque harbor of Vathy is set to launch its summer cultural program with a special musical event on June 1 at 7:00 p.m., marking the beginning of a season dedicated to culture, tradition, and community celebration.
Under the title “Let the Dances Begin”, the event will bring together locals and visitors for an evening filled with traditional Greek music and festive atmosphere in one of the island’s most scenic locations.
Renowned musicians Vangelis Stefanis, Giannis Chatziantoniou, and Manolis Tsounias will perform a selection of traditional melodies and popular songs, inviting the audience to join in and celebrate the rich musical heritage of the Aegean.
The opening event is expected to attract a large audience and serve as the official start of the area’s summer cultural activities, offering an authentic experience of Greek hospitality, music, and dance by the sea.
