An earthquake of magnitude 4.5 Richter struck today, Thursday, June 20, 2025, at 19:18 local time, with an epicenter located 19.3 km southwest of Amorgos. The earthquake had a focal depth of 5 kilometers, according to the Geodynamic Institute.
The tremor was felt in several Cyclades islands and parts of the Dodecanese, although no damage or injuries have been reported so far.
