The regular public meeting of the Municipal Council will be held in the conference room on the upper floor of the Cultural Center, both in person and simultaneously via teleconference, on June 18, 2024, Tuesday, starting at 19:00. The meeting will focus on decisions regarding the following agenda items:
- Selection of the Citizen and Business Ombudsman for the Municipality of Kalymnos.
- Information to the Municipal Council regarding the annual report of the Independent Internal Audit Unit of the Municipality of Kalymnos for the fiscal year 2023.
- Amendment of the Internal Service Organization of the Municipality of Kalymnos to incorporate the abolished public entity named: “Infant Nursery School MANA-IOANNA KARPATHIOU” (paragraph 2d article 27 law 5056/23) (Ministry of Interior directive 1271/oik.102775/28.11.2023).
- Approval of the 2nd budget revision of the public entity named: “Municipal Port Fund of Kalymnos.”
- Consideration of a request to purchase property owned by Dimitrios & Ioannis Nomikariou at the location “Giannochorafa” in Kalymnos.
- Decision on the free concession of property use to resolve the building issue of the 1st Special Kindergarten of Kalymnos.
- Appointment of representatives of the Municipality of Kalymnos at the Irregular General Meeting of Shareholders of AN.DO.A.E.
- Participation of the Municipality of Kalymnos in the new network DAFNI named: “Sustainable Islands Network S.A. – Local Government Development Organization (AOTA).”
- Free concession of municipal property use on the island of Pserimos for the installation of a prefabricated house to operate the Pserimos Port Station.
- Formation of the Municipal Gender Equality Committee of the Municipality of Kalymnos.
- Appointment of members for the Committee on Suitability and selection of space for housing the Physics laboratory of the 2nd General Lyceum of Kalymnos.
- Decision on placing the bust of Georgios Koukoulis in the courtyard of the 2nd General Lyceum of Kalymnos.
