The regular mixed public session of the Municipal Council will be held in the meeting room on the floor of the Cultural Center in person and simultaneously via teleconference on the 17th of July 2024, Wednesday, starting at 19:00 to vote on the following agenda items:
- Approval of the 3rd budget revision of the Municipality of Kalymnos for the financial year 2024
- Approval of the balance sheet and financial statements for the financial year 2023 of the Public Entity with the name: “Kalymnos Municipal Port Fund”
- Determination of lawyer’s fee for handling a matter of particular importance to the interests of the Municipality of Kalymnos, requiring specialized knowledge (berthing at the Kalymnos port of the cargo ship “BLUE SHARK, IMO: 9003770, flag TOGO)
- Approval of drafting a protocol for administrative eviction in the Chora Kalymnos area
- Examination of the possibility of covering accommodation expenses for appointed doctors on the island of Kalymnos, in accordance with the provisions of article 21, paragraph 2c of Law 3580/2007 as replaced by paragraph 1 of article 34 of Law 4325/2015 and paragraph 5 of article 43 of Law 4368/2016
- Approval of the protocol of twinning between the Municipality of Kalymnos and the Municipality of Port de Bouc
- Establishment of a Committee under article 30 of Law 5056/2023 for exercising the responsibilities of the abolished Unified School Committee for Primary Education
- Establishment of a Committee under article 30 of Law 5056/2023 for exercising the responsibilities of the abolished Unified School Committee for Secondary Education
- Establishment of a Committee under article 30 of Law 5056/2023 for exercising the responsibilities of the abolished Municipal Education Committee under article 50 of Law 1566/1985
- Appointment of members to the Advisory Committee on matters of salvage, removal, or neutralization of wrecks or ships under the jurisdiction of the Kalymnos Port Authority
- Inclusion of the Municipality of Kalymnos in the DIAS PORTAL.
