The Deputy Regional Governor, Filimonas Zannetidis, is visiting our island today, February 6, 2026, as a guest of the Kalymnos Livestock Breeders Association for the traditional New Year’s cake-cutting event at the Kalymnos Chamber of Commerce.
On the occasion of his visit, the Head of the Kalymnos Regional Unit, Manolis Mousellis, arranged a series of meetings with local production stakeholders. Mr. Zannetidis held discussions with fishermen’s associations, the representative of the bakers, and producers who process and package their products.
At the same time, there was an informational briefing on new support programs aimed at modernizing the primary sector in our islands.
