- Head Positions: He raises concerns over reports that employees in hospitals with fewer than 200 beds may be excluded from becoming department heads, which discourages medical and nursing staff from serving on the islands.
- Hospital Reorganization: He stresses that any restructuring should aim at improving services and creating permanent positions based on actual needs in island hospitals.
- Staff Recruitment: He emphasizes the importance of giving priority to island hospitals in the upcoming recruitment of 510 permanent staff in the National Health System (NHS), and requests detailed information on the planned positions for the Dodecanese.
