Maria Magkoulia, coached by Yiannis Barlis, won 2nd place at the Greek National Women’s Championship in Volos with a throw of 14.95 meters, achieving a personal best of 16.63 meters — a tremendous achievement for both the athlete and our island.
We also congratulate the new Greek Champion, Maria Rafailidou, in the spirit of Fair Play in athletics!
