Kalymnos Municipality Launches New Smart Digital Platform with AI Services
The Municipality of Kalymnos is taking a major step toward digital modernization by launching a new digital services platform for citizens and visitors, with the project awarded to Crowdpolicy at an estimated cost of €22,000.
The platform will feature:
- Citizen service chat box
- Useful contact numbers and real-time updates
- AI-powered automated responses through voice and text commands
- Cultural and tourism information in English
- Public consultation platform, allowing citizens to submit verified proposals
This initiative aims to improve public service delivery, promote transparent governance, and support tourism visibility through smart, user-friendly digital tools. These tools will be ready around September. A launching event will also take place to inform the public about the new platforms and how to use them.
