The Municipal Authority’s plan for school renovations and maintenance in Kalymnos is fully underway, with a strategic focus on upgrading educational infrastructure.
Major works are being carried out at the 1st Primary School of Chora and the 3rd Junior High School, including complete renovations, improvement of sports facilities, and the construction of accessibility features for people with disabilities. Restoration and repainting works are also ongoing at the Primary School of Panormos. The goal is to deliver safe, fully renovated schools in time for the new academic year.
These interventions will continue as planned, reflecting Mayor Giannis Mastrokoukos’s commitment to prioritizing education on the island.
