Dr. Koutsourai completed her doctoral dissertation at the Department of Preschool Education Sciences and Educational Design, School of Humanities, University of the Aegean.
Her dissertation was entitled:
“Human Resource Management and Educational Leadership: Preparation and Development of Leadership Executives in Primary and Secondary Education.”
The public defense of her dissertation took place on April 29, 2026, while the official doctoral conferment ceremony was held on May 27, 2026, in Rhodes.
