Shareholders request information from ANE Kalymnou Board – Meeting accepted and request for written briefing
KALYMNOS – Eight shareholders of ANE Kalymnou, including former municipal and company officials, submitted a formal notice to the company’s Board of Directors accepting the proposal for a briefing meeting regarding their extrajudicial request.
In a document dated February 20, 2026, the signatories state that they intend to visit the company’s offices toward the end of the month to receive detailed information on the issues they have raised. Their technical advisor, Mr. Skrivanós, who has monitored the vessel’s construction from the outset, will also attend.
The shareholders request that any information presented orally also be provided in written form to avoid misunderstandings. They further note that, in order to ensure thorough briefing, media representatives should not be present.
They also state their intention to record the meeting, noting that the company may do the same, and clarify that the information provided will not be disclosed to the general public.
The document is signed by Dimitrios Diakomichalis, Georgios Thanatsis, Ioannis Diamantis, Panteleimon Zodis, Nikitas Giannikouris, Alexandros Sideris, Nikolaos Gavalas and Theocharis Tsoukalas.
