A celebration marking the Feast of the Three Hierarchs was held by the Agriculture Department of EPAL Kalymnos, with the participation of students and teachers, highlighting the traditional connection between education and the Church’s patron saints of learning.
Students Xanthippi Chatzioannou and Kalotina Gounari took part in the program, and an excerpt from Saint Basil the Great was read to attendees. Teacher Zoi Katsigianni was present, along with agriculture teacher Zoi Petridi.
The event concluded with the cutting of the New Year’s cake (vasilopita) by school director Zacharias Sdregas, who extended wishes for health and success to students and staff.
