As the new school year begins, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to everyone for health, progress, and creativity. Every September marks a fresh start—a new journey filled with dreams, knowledge, and challenges.
Education is, for us, the greatest investment in the future of our island. Kalymnos has always advanced through learning and education, and we continue this mission with responsibility and dedication.
From the very beginning, our Municipal Authority prioritized the care and improvement of our school facilities. Throughout the summer, municipal crews worked systematically on maintenance, repairs, and upgrades so that our schools could welcome students and teachers under better and safer conditions. These efforts are ongoing, as our goal is for no child to feel that their school is lacking compared to any other.
Dear children,
Pursue your dreams with enthusiasm, joy, and determination. This new school year is an opportunity to learn, to create, and to explore the world. Together with your parents and teachers, we will be by your side throughout this journey.
The Municipal Authority will continue working with all its strength so that education in Kalymnos, Telendos, and Pserimos lives up to the expectations of our society.
