The Hellenic Screenwriters Guild announces the 5th Panhellenic Competition of Original Stage Monologues, under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs, regional authorities, and numerous municipalities across the country.
This initiative offers the opportunity and motivation for writers and performers from every corner of Greece to express their personal creative concerns through theatrical monologues of up to 15 minutes (stage time), performed before a jury panel.
The author may choose to perform the monologue themselves or assign the performance to an actor of their choice.
Our municipality will actively participate in this initiative by providing the venue where the preliminary stage performances of our local participants will take place.
The competition ends on March 2, 2026, and the preliminary phase will be completed by March 22, 2026.
