The Municipality of Kalymnos invites residents to attend the public presentation of the Local Urban Plan (LUP) for the Municipal Unit of Kalymnos, as part of the comprehensive evaluation and presentation of alternative spatial planning scenarios.
The event will take place on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 17:30, at the Spiritual Center in Pothia.
During the presentation, alternative scenarios concerning the island’s future spatial development will be analyzed, offering citizens the opportunity to be informed and actively participate in shaping the planning framework.
The initiative is part of the broader Participation Platform for the Local Urban Plans of the municipalities of Patmos, Leipsoi, Leros, Agathonisi and Kalymnos. The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Environment and Energy, the Technical Chamber of Greece, and is funded through the “Greece 2.0” Recovery and Resilience Plan and the European Union’s NextGenerationEU program.
