The Kalymnos Chess Club has announced the launch of chess classes for adults in early October, inviting both complete beginners and players who already know the basics to join a welcoming group built around thought, strategy and creativity.
The classes are designed for those taking their first steps on the chessboard, as well as more experienced players who wish to improve their skills and develop their game.
Chess helps strengthen memory and concentration while cultivating patience and strategic thinking. At the same time, it offers relaxation, social interaction, new friendships and the excitement of challenging matches.
It is never too late to learn something new—and every great game begins with a first move!
