To the Directorate of Maritime Transport of the Ministry of Shipping & Island Policy, shipowner Fotis Manousis sent a letter on June 16, 2025, to notify the discontinuation of the extension of the routes of the passenger/vehicle ferry STAVROS to Kalymnos, as well as the termination of the connection with the Southern Dodecanese. This decision is due to the obstacles caused by the Kalymnos Port Authority, which hinder the safe execution of their contractual obligations.
