The local community of Rhodes is mourning the tragic loss of Maria Chatziemmanouil and her daughter, Armonia Kakiou, who lost their lives in a fatal road accident that shocked the island.
In a condolence message, Katerina Emmanouil, South Aegean Coordinator of New Democracy’s Secretariat for Children’s Rights, expressed her deep sorrow over the sudden and unfair loss of the two victims.
She emphasized that every road accident leaves behind broken families, lost dreams, and lasting pain, stressing that behind statistics and numbers there are human lives and devastated loved ones.
