Kalymnos Municipality Launches New Website and Innovative Digital Services
The Municipality of Kalymnos is taking a significant step forward in its digital transformation by unveiling its new official website along with a suite of innovative digital services, developed in collaboration with Crowdpolicy.
This initiative is part of the Municipality’s strategy to improve daily life for citizens, enhance transparency, and promote public participation, leveraging technology to create a more efficient and responsive local administration.
The new services include:
• E-Gov Portal: A unified online gateway that brings together all municipal e-services, enabling fast and user-friendly citizen access.
• City Works: A modern GIS-based platform for mapping, monitoring and managing municipal projects and activities.
• Chatbot: A digital assistant offering immediate information on municipal services, events and matters of public interest.
• Participation Platform: A tool that allows citizens to actively contribute to decision-making by submitting views and proposals on municipal initiatives.
Through these digital tools, the Municipality of Kalymnos aims to become a model of digital governance in the South Aegean, strengthening transparency, participation and sustainable local development.
