Maintenance and restoration works at the 3rd Primary School of Kalymnos Town
The maintenance and restoration of the island’s school buildings continue at a steady pace, in line with the Municipal Authority’s schedule.
In the coming days, work at the 3rd Primary School of Kalymnos Town is expected to be completed. Maintenance and painting are being carried out inside the building, along with repairs in areas requiring intervention.
For the first time, maintenance works are being carried out in all school buildings, with crews working intensively and simultaneously in different locations. In the near future, the contractor will begin larger-scale interventions in specific school complexes.
Mayor Giannis Mastrokoukos personally inspects the school buildings where works are in progress on a daily basis, maintaining constant cooperation with the Municipality’s Technical Services staff to ensure the works proceed and are completed as soon as possible.
