The Regional Unit Governor of Kalymnos, Emmanouil G. Mousellis, has expressed his heartfelt congratulations to Georgios Chatzitheodorou, Archon Maistor of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, professor and protopsaltis, following his appointment as Honorary Doctor of the Department of Music Studies at the School of Philosophy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
