The Three-Member Court of Felonies of the Dodecanese concluded today, July 8, 2025, the trial concerning the embezzlement of €409,335.24 from ANEK.
According to reports, the court unanimously ruled that Michalis Lelekis, who was then the President of ANEK, was found not guilty of all charges.
The two other defendants were convicted, receiving five-year and three-year prison sentences respectively.
