The public regular mixed meeting of the Municipal Council will be held in the meeting hall on the upper floor of the Cultural Center in person and simultaneously via teleconference on the 17th of September 2024, Tuesday, with the meeting starting at 19:00, for the decision-making on the following agenda items.
Agenda:
- Approval of the 4th amendment of the budget and technical program of the Municipality of Kalymnos for the fiscal year 2024.
- Approval of the 1st and 2nd Quarterly Budget Execution Report for the Municipality of Kalymnos for 2024.
- Approval of the 3rd Budget Amendment for the fiscal year 2024 of the Kalymnos Port Authority.
- Approval of the Strategic Planning draft of the Operational Program 2024-2028.
- Discussion and decision on the completion plan for actions regarding the operation and development of the Kalymnos Diving Park.
- Decision on establishing the permanent hosting of the Pan-Dodecanese K14 Athletics Games on Kalymnos.
- Opinion on the Environmental Impact Study (EIS) for the project: “Installation of Fuel Storage and Distribution with a Port Facility for the company ‘KATRIS S.A.’ located in the ‘Giannochorafa’ area, Municipality of Kalymnos, Dodecanese Region, South Aegean Region.” (Project ID: 2402002014).
- Determination of the fee for a legal representative to handle criminal and civil court cases of particular importance to the interests of the Municipality of Kalymnos (Agios Nikolaos Chalis case).
- Consideration of the purchase of properties by the Municipality of Kalymnos.
- Provision of consent from the Greek National Tourism Organization (E.O.T.) for the action: “Services of historical research, collection, and organization of our cultural heritage.”
- Withdrawal of the Municipality of Kalymnos from the Local Government Development Organization under the name: “PENTANISOS S.A. Development Organization.”
- Approval of traffic regulations at the central TAXI station of Kalymnos.
- Determination of areas for placing outdoor metal advertising boards in various areas of Kalymnos.
- Free concession of the use of a municipal space to the Church of Agios Nikolaos.
- Formation of the Committee for Naming streets, squares, and buildings of the Municipality of Kalymnos according to Article 8 of Law 3463/2006.
- Review of the request for an extension of a Municipal Councilor’s absence permit.
- Approval for drafting protocols of administrative eviction in the area of Agios Stefanos, Kalymnos.
