A regular mixed public meeting of the Municipal Council will be held in the conference room on the upper floor of the Cultural Center, both in person and via teleconference, on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, starting at 6:30 PM. The meeting will focus on decision-making regarding the attached agenda items:
- Approval of the 6th budget revision of the Municipality of Kalymnos for the fiscal year 2024.
- Approval of the technical program of the Municipality of Kalymnos for the year 2025.
- Determination of the unified municipal fee for waste management and lighting for 2025.
- Approval of the regulations for the use of allocated public spaces.
- Determination of fees for the use of public spaces for 2025.
- Annual Action Plan of the Municipality of Kalymnos for 2023: Implementation Approval.
- Approval of the Operational Plan of the Municipality of Kalymnos for 2024–2028.
- Approval of actions and procedures for drafting the Operational Plan of the Municipality of Kalymnos for 2024–2028.
- Decision on engaging an external collaborator (specialized financial entity) to prepare the draft of the new Internal Service Organization of the Municipality of Kalymnos.
- Approval of the Operating Regulation of the Municipal Market.
- Approval of the Municipality of Kalymnos’ participation in the Network of Municipalities for Civil Protection, Resilience, and Sustainability under the name “HELLENIC NETWORK OF RESILIENT CITIES – E.L.D.A.P.” (Approval of statutes and appointment of representatives).
- Marking a no-parking zone and installing metal bollards at the Kalymnos Taxi Station.
- Marking pedestrian crossings and placing related signage in the “Panormos” area of Kalymnos.
- Installation of metal bollards on the municipal alley opposite the “EPEIGON” business.
- Changes to primary and secondary education school units for the academic year 2025–2026.
- Approval of the committee’s report (protocol no. 26897/26-11-2024) regarding the destruction of valueless items.
- Decision to cover accommodation expenses for seconded EKAB (National Emergency Aid Center) staff for 2025.
