Rescheduled date for international public tender for ferry service contract
The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Island Policy has announced a modification to the date of the open international public tender concerning the public service contract for the ferry route covering the period 01/11/2025 – 31/10/2028 on the subsidized public-service ferry routes (PSOs)
According to the decision signed by Minister Vasileios Kikilias, the tender—initially scheduled for 9 December 2025—will now take place on 18 February 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
It is clarified that all documents and certificates submitted for the tender will be accepted by the Evaluation Committee regardless of the date of conduct they state—or if no date is stated—provided they bear the correct reference number of the call for tender (2252.1.1/78014/30-10-2025). All other provisions of the original call remain in force.
