On Friday, 24 October 2025, the “Vasilis Sevastis” Municipal Stadium on the island of Kalymnos will host the Pan‑Dodecanese Inter‑Club Track & Field Meets, featuring individual events for categories U14 (K14) and an Aged Event Day for category U12 (K12), held in memory of longtime physical education instructor and local sports pioneer Theofilos Klonaris.
The event is organized under the auspices of the Dodecanese Regional Athletics Association (EAS SEGAS Dodecanese) and in cooperation with the Municipality of Kalymnos and local athletic clubs. The meeting starts at 16:00.
By focusing on youth categories U12 and U14, the organizers aim to foster emerging talent across the Dodecanese region, promoting the values of fair competition, teamwork, and local identity.
Kalymnos — famed for its sponge‑diving heritage and deep maritime traditions — welcomes this significant sporting event that brings together young athletes, coaches, and supporters of athletics, boosting the island’s sporting culture.
