A new tourism investment worth approximately €4 million is underway in Lindos, Rhodes, by the company “J and G S.A.”, aiming to develop a luxury hotel unit with 84 beds, catering also to rock climbing enthusiasts.
The hotel, named Kalezoe, will include a gym and spa, and will be built on a 14-acre privately owned plot. It will operate seasonally, with a goal to extend its active period to 210 days annually by targeting the specialized climbing tourism market, thanks to Rhodes’ favorable climate and climbing areas in Lindos, Platania, Sianna, and Faliraki.
The project aims to offer high-quality services and support sustainable tourism development in the region.
