A special Christmas event for children and families will take place on Wednesday, December 17, at 6:00 p.m., in the courtyard of the Kalymnos Regional Unit Building.
Titled “The Secret of Saint Basil – Saint Basil’s unexpected arrival for this year!!”, the celebration promises fun, games, and festive surprises.
Saint Basil will meet the children, collect their letters, take photos with them, distribute sweets, sing, play, and even take them for a ride on his bus.
The lighting of the Christmas tree will be performed by world kickboxing champion Mikes Kleidomytis.
The event is organized by the Kalymnos Regional Unit, with the support of the Kalymnos Football Association, the Parents’ Association of the 5th Primary School, and the Parents’ Association of the 6th Primary School, along with contributions from local sponsors.
It is part of the island’s Christmas festivities and aims to spread joy and holiday spirit throughout the community.
