Yesterday, Dr. Sideris Skevos, Head of the Cardiology Department at Hippocrateio General Hospital of Athens, visited the Kalymnos Regional Office as part of the cardiology conference taking place on the island. He was accompanied by his colleagues, Dr. Maria Divani (Consultant A’) and Dr. Sotiris Tsalamandris (Consultant B’). Their presence highlights the importance of combining scientific expertise with commitment to community service.
Additionally, under a social initiative by the South Aegean Region, school books and first aid kits were distributed to the Parents and Guardians Associations of Kalymnos’ primary schools, with support from the website InfoKids.
