The organization WHEN (Women’s Hub for Empowerment and Networking), focused on women’s professional empowerment and workplace equality, is visiting Kalymnos as part of a major research initiative exploring the needs of women in regional Greece.
The aim is to deeply understand the professional, educational, and social needs of women in these communities.
Open group discussions will be held, open to women of all ages. Creative activities for children will be provided on-site. Dates and times:

WHEN promotes both individual empowerment (mentoring, training, legal and career counseling) and systemic change in the work and social environment. In 2024, it launched the WHEN Hub, Greece’s first dedicated space for women’s empowerment and gender equality, offering services including child-friendly spaces for mothers attending training or networking.
