ANEK announces that on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, at 12:00 p.m., clarifications will be provided at the company’s offices regarding the summons of its president, Dimitrios Maragos, to a preliminary examination. The procedure concerns a potential violation of Penal Code articles 259 (breach of duty) and 231 (harboring – obstruction of justice), following complaints filed by Georgios Thanatsis and Ioannis Diamantis.
The company’s legal counsel, Dimitrios Kardoulias, will address questions and offer clarifications arising after the president’s recent press conference.
