Congratulations to Vaggelis Karletsos (U16), athlete of the club coached by Nikolas Korfias, for his remarkable performance and fighting spirit at the 36th Aegean Games held in Chios!
Vaggelis finished:
– 1st in his final heat, which means he won the race in his group (his heat) during the finals
– 1st among the Dodecanese, 2nd in the South Aegean, and 8th overall in the Aegean in the 80m dash, clocking 10.25 sec, after previously achieving a personal best of 10.24 sec!
His outstanding result earned valuable points for his club and highlighted both his dedication and athletic promise.
Vaggelis proudly follows in the footsteps of his mother, Maria Zoidis, former National Champion, continuing a great family tradition in athletics.
