On Saturday, May 9, at 11:00 a.m., Enomeni Romiosyni organized a seminar on the preparation of traditional Kalymnian Kavourmas presented by Father Ilias Mouzourakis.

The event aimed to preserve and promote Kalymnos’ local culinary tradition, offering participants the opportunity to learn the secrets of preparing the traditional kavourmas dish, which uses a confit-style preservation method.
