The Board of Directors of the association, which convened on Thursday, June 26, 2025, to assess the current situation faced by the association, has decided to hold an Extraordinary General Assembly. According to the association’s statutes, the assembly must be held 15 days after its official announcement.
The General Assembly will take place at the offices of Proteas Nautical Sports Club of Kalymnos, in the courtyard of Splendid Cinema, on Saturday, July 12, at 8:00 p.m.
Agenda of the General Assembly:
- Briefing of members on the status and current developments of the association
- Planning and implementation of activities for the current period
- Replacement of members of the Board of Directors
The General Assembly on July 12, 2025, will proceed regardless of quorum, as the first call for July 5 requires the presence of 50% +1 of financially settled members.
