A public regular mixed meeting of the Municipal Council will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 5:30 PM, both in person in the meeting hall of the Municipal Town Hall and via teleconference, for decision-making on the following agenda items:
- Approval of the 7th revision of the 2025 municipal budget of the Municipality of Kalymnos.
- Approval of the 5th revision of the 2025 budget of the Municipal Port Fund of Kalymnos (Δ.ΛΤ.Κ.).
- Approval of emergency management plans for the Municipality of Kalymnos.
- Appointment of a municipal representative for the administrative acceptance for use of the project:
“Stabilization, Restoration, and Functional Upgrade of the Windmills of Chrysocheria, Kalymnos, and Landscaping of the Surrounding Area.”
- Increase in working hours for fixed-term contract school cleaners.
- Approval of the selection report for bench vendors in the Kalymnos Municipal Market.
- Allocation of space in the Kalymnos Municipal Market for selling traditional handmade products by a local artisan.
- Rent offset for the school canteen of the 3rd Primary School of the City through building repairs and maintenance work.
- Approval of the Monitoring Committee’s report regarding the postponement of deliverable P1 of the program agreement between the “Municipality of Kalymnos” and the “Sustainable Islands Network” for technical support in: “DEVELOPMENT OF A STRATEGY FOR INTEGRATED SPATIAL AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE ISLAND OF PSERIMOS.”
- Approval of the committee’s report for the procurement – services reception, with recommendation for modification and postponement of delivery of Section 7:
Two (2) AC Charging Stations of minimum 22kW + Four (4) DC Charging Stations of minimum 50kW, under contract no. 61557/20-04-2025, titled: “E-MOBILITY INFRASTRUCTURE – ELECTRIC VEHICLES – CHARGING STATIONS FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF KALYMNOS.”
- Approval of the committee’s report for the procurement – services reception, with recommendation for modification and postponement of delivery of Section 5:
One (1) Electric Sweeper, under contract no. 5000/02-04-2025, titled: “E-MOBILITY INFRASTRUCTURE – ELECTRIC VEHICLES – CHARGING STATIONS FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF KALYMNOS.”
- Honorary proclamation of Professor Ian Hedge Larsen as an Honorary Citizen of the Municipality of Kalymnos.
- Formation of a naming committee for municipal buildings.
- Approval of protocol no. 15544/19-08-2025 from the Committee for the Destruction of Items Without Value (Article 199 §6 of Law 3463/2006).
- Approval of protocol no. 18137/26-09-2025 of the Three-Member Committee regarding the request of Mrs. Stamos Chrysovalantou – Irene.
- Formation of a project reception committee for:
“ROOF INSULATION OF THE 5th PRIMARY SCHOOL OF POTHIA, KALYMNOS.”
- Formation of a project reception committee for:
“RECONSTRUCTION OF TURF AND TRACK AT THE KALYMNOS MUNICIPAL STADIUM.”
- Formation of a project reception committee for:
“REPLACEMENT OF WINDOWS AND DOORS AT THE KALYMNOS VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (EPAL).”
- Formation of a project reception committee for:
“REPLACEMENT OF WINDOWS AND DOORS AT THE VATHY KINDERGARTEN.”
