Start of Roadworks on the Provincial Road – Request for Caution and Understanding
The Regional Unit of Kalymnos informs citizens that starting Monday, May 19th, 2025, major roadworks will commence across almost the entire provincial road network. The project includes the installation of metal safety guardrails, road markings throughout nearly the entire network, and the placement of road reflectors.
This project is essential for enhancing road safety and improving the daily transportation of both residents and visitors. Traffic delays, temporary traffic adjustments, or partial road closures at specific locations may occur during the construction period.
Drivers and pedestrians are requested to exercise particular caution and comply with the relevant signage and the authorities’ instructions.
