Panos Routsis on 9th Day of Hunger Strike Demanding the Exhumation of His Child – Victim of the Tempi Tragedy
For the 9th consecutive day, Panos Routsis continues his hunger strike, demanding the exhumation of his child, who lost their life in the Tempi train disaster.
For 9 days, the prosecutor’s office and relevant authorities have turned a deaf ear, refusing to grant this self-evident request for justice, and to fully shed light on all aspects of this deadly tragedy.
Panos Routsis and the families of the victims are not alone in their fight. They have the support of the overwhelming majority of Greek society, which refuses to tolerate or remain silent in the face of what appears to be a cover-up attempt by the Mitsotakis government and the responsible institutions.
On September 21, 2025, at 6:30 PM, 55 cultural unions called for a solidarity gathering at Syntagma Square.
The support and presence of every citizen will strengthen the just demand of Panos Routsis.
