On May 6, the government will launch an online platform for citizens to evaluate public services, as part of an initiative by the Ministries of Interior and Digital Governance. The evaluation process will consist of three stages:
Internal evaluation between supervisors and employees, focusing on goal-setting and skills development.
A citizen questionnaire, sent twice a year via email, containing around 50 multiple-choice questions.
In-person evaluation at service counters, using a QR code provided during service, focusing on speed, courtesy, and professionalism.
Additionally, applications opened on April 29 for the second nationwide written ASEP exam, and will close on May 14. The exam dates will be announced shortly after and are expected in early summer.
