Kalymnos Honors George Chatzitheodorou as University of Athens Confers Honorary Doctorate
The Municipality of Kalymnos has praised George Chatzitheodorou following his appointment as an Honorary Doctor of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), with Mayor Ioannis Mastrokoukos sending a formal letter of congratulations recognizing his lifelong contribution to culture and music education.
In his message, the Mayor describes the honorary doctorate as recognition of Chatzitheodorou’s longstanding dedication to cultural development, music education and the values he has consistently upheld throughout his career.
