The Municipality has announced that the issue affecting the landfill has been resolved, informing residents that as of today, Saturday, April 18, 2026, they can resume normal waste disposal in designated bins.
According to a statement from the Mayor’s Office of Communication and Public Relations, landfill operations have returned to normal following the resolution of the problem that had disrupted waste collection.
The municipal authority thanked residents for their understanding and cooperation during the incident.
