A public regular mixed session of the Municipal Council will be held in the council chamber of the Municipal Hall, in person and simultaneously via teleconference, on Friday, January 23, 2026, with the meeting scheduled to begin at 18:00, for the purpose of taking decisions on the items listed on the attached agenda:
- Approval of the new Internal Service Regulation of the Municipality of Kalymnos.
- Revocation of the appointment of the Citizens’ and Businesses’ Ombudsman of the Municipality of Kalymnos due to inability to perform the duties of the office.
- Granting of space at the Municipal Market of Kalymnos for the sale of traditional food products by a local professional (Application of Mr. Ioannis Kardoulias).
- Granting of space at the Municipal Market of Kalymnos for the sale of traditional food products by a local professional (Application of Ms. Fotini Vourou).
- Granting of space at the Municipal Market of Kalymnos for the sale of traditional food products by a local professional (Application of Ms. Kalliopi Amorginou).
- Granting of space at the Municipal Market of Kalymnos for the sale of self-processed food products by a local professional (Application of Ms. Maria Vazanelli).
- Granting of space at the Municipal Market of Kalymnos for the sale of handmade traditional products by a local professional outdoor stationary street vendor (Application of Ms. Eleni Pizania).
- Implementation of the olive fruit fly control program in the Municipality of Kalymnos for the year 2026.
- Formation of Monitoring and Acceptance Committees for Supplies and Services for the needs of the organizational units of the Municipality of Kalymnos for the year 2025.
- Appointment of members to form the appraisal committee for the disposal, leasing, rental, or purchase of assets (movable or immovable) of the Municipality for the year 2026 (Article 7 of Presidential Decree 270/81).
- Determination of the maximum permissible monthly limit for mobile phone calls of elected officials of the Municipality for the year 2026.
- Decision on the designation of Budget Expense Codes of the Municipality for the fiscal year 2026 as eligible for the issuance of advance payment warrants.
- Appointment of members to the Advisory Committee on matters concerning the salvage, removal, or neutralization of shipwrecks or vessels under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Port Fund of Kalymnos.
